Privacy Policy

Agape Community Insurance Agency (“Agency”) respects the privacy rights of individuals who visit, use, and interact with (collectively “Users”) this website and/or portal (“Site”). Information may be collected from Users during their visits to this Site in order to allow the Agency to provide better service. The Agency is committed to treating this information responsibly and has implemented this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

This Privacy Policy has been updated effective October 10, 2025.

Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

Aggregate Information:
The Agency may collect information that is not personal information about Users to measure traffic on the Site.   • Personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, driver’s license number, and employment history.
  • Financial information including bank account details, credit card numbers, income, or credit score.
  • Insured risk and policy data such as health data or demographic information.

Services Information:
Information from Users may be used by the Agency for processing requests for and/or participation in Services offered by or through the Agency, including from Service Providers. Such information about Users also may be provided to and used by Service Providers, as described in “Information Provided to Third Parties.”

E-mail Information:
Information the Agency receives from Users via e-mail may be used internally or provided to third parties as described in “Information Provided to Third Parties.”

Text Messaging and SMS Communication

Texting:
By engaging in text messaging communication with the Agency, you acknowledge and agree to the following privacy disclosure. Text messaging is a convenient form of communication; however, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. The Agency takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information and treats all data shared during text communications as confidential. While precautions are taken to secure your data, please note that text messaging may not be entirely secure and there is a potential risk of unauthorized interception. Users should avoid sending sensitive or confidential information via text. By continuing to communicate via text messaging, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to opt out of text messaging, please contact the Agency directly or reply STOP to any message. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact service@agapecia.com

SMS Program:
If you opt into the Agency’s SMS program, you may receive messages related to services, updates, policies, and promotional offers. You will receive messages such as service notifications, appointment reminders, and other relevant communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Consent for SMS Communication:
Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.

Information About Children Under 13

The Site is generally intended for adults interested in obtaining insurance. It is the Agency’s policy not to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If the Agency becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, such information will be deleted from its systems.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.
